Meet your new best friend, Maggie Faris!

Maggie’s ceaselessly cheerful personality, light-hearted material, and seemingly endless series of quirky, intelligent jokes leave audiences laughing at their own insecurities and prejudices, showing that we are all equally goofy human beings.

Widely considered one of the best comedians to come out of St Paul, MN, Maggie has released fourcomedy albums*, been featured on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and co-headlined the inaugural St Paul Comedy All-Stars show. She’s also opened for such comedy greats as Maria Bamford, Louis Black, Damon Wayans, Jeff Ross, Dave Attel, Kathleen Madigan, Jay Pharoah, Michael Che, Daniel Tosh, Nick Swardson, Josh Wolf, Jamie Kennedy, Jimmy Pardo, Todd Glass, Joey Diaz, Sebastian Maniscalco, Greg Fitsimmons, Justin Willman, and Fortune Feimster.

Maggie was voted “Best Comedian” by her Minnesota peers and named “One of the Funniest Lesbians in America” by Curve magazine, as well as “Next Funniest Queer Comedian” by The Advocate magazine.

Oh and she wins comedy competitions in her sleep! Maggie’s taken top prize at the Loons on the Lake Comedy Competition, Minnesota Laugh-Off, Stand Out National Queer Comedy Search Competition, and the Gender Showdown (previous competitors including Louie Anderson and Rosanne Barr). She also won the Silver Nail Award and Funniest Clip of the Year at the Aspen Comedy Festival. The icing on the cake: one of Maggie’s competition wins landed her the coveted role of public address announcer for the St. Paul Saints professional baseball team, leading to an appearance on ESPN’s Cold Pizza!

Aron Woldeslassie

Aron is a standup comedian, author, and producer based in St. Paul. His comedy comes from a blend of observations on race, relationships, and culture as well as personal stories.

He was featured in the St Paul Comedy All-Stars show and has been a finalist in numerous comedy contests, including the Funniest Person in St Paul (Gambit Brewing), Funniest Person in Minneapolis(Sisyphus Brewing), and Funniest Person with a Day Job (House of Comedy in Mall of America). Aron is also a founding member of The Nordly and Minnesota Tonight and his work has been featured on Minnesota Public Radio, TPT’s Almanac, Mpls/St.Paul Magazine, and other various literary magazines.

Robert Baril

Hailed by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as "the sharpest political commentator on the Twin Cities comedy scene", Robert Baril is always mining the news of the day, tackling all the hot button issues to fuel his informed, take-no-prisoners style of comedy.

A mainstay of the Minneapolis and St Paul comedy scene for years and regular at Acme Comedy Club, Robert has released four comedy albums to date: “Sex and Politics” (2017), “TMI” (2019), “2020”(2021), & “Not the Time” (2022). He was also featured in the Amazon Prime documentary “I Need You to Kill” and co-headlined the inaugural St Paul Comedy All-Stars show.

Jesse The Shrink
What do you get when you mix a shrink & comedian? This guy! Jesse is a bona fide licensed therapist & standup comic who gives audiences a sneak peek into the inner-workings & often hilarious experiences of a mental health professional. Whether he’s talking about navigating virtual therapy sessions during an apocalypse or just trying to figure out what to tell drunk people he does for a living, one thing’s sure: after hearing his stories you’ll never see therapy (or your therapist) the same again!

Jesse is the producer & host of Jesse The Shrink’s Midlife Crisis Show, the St Paul Comedy All-Stars Show, Friday Night Comedy at Gambit Brewing, the 420 Standup Comedy Show, & the St Paul Art Crawl Comedy Night. He’s also co-founder of Freshly Squeezed Comedy, founder of the Funniest Person in St Paul contest, & runs a weekly comedy open mic at Gambit Brewing. Jesse was a 2024Funniest Person With A Day Job finalist at House of Comedy in Mall of America & has been a guest on the KQRS Morning Show & Tom Barnard Podcast.

Born and raised in Las Vegas, this Queer and charming story teller found herself in Minneapolis because she lost a bet!

Gabby was named one of Racket Magazine’s 5 comics to watch in 2024. She’s also been a finalist in House of Comedy’s Funniest Person with a Day Job contest and has opened for national headliners like Rachel Scanlon, Ali Sultan, Kelsey Cook, and Chad Daniels. 

Fun fact: Gabby spoke exclusively in third person for a semester in 7th grade for no reason, but, it has finally paid off in this moment!

De'Angilo Funches

Better known as King Funch, De’Angilo’s hilarious outlook on life, infectious stage presence, and quick wit make him a hidden comedy gem!

Born and raised in the refrigerator of Midwest Minnesota, his upbringing includes both inner-city and small-town America, feeding his love for hockey, Starbucks, and Lil Boosie’s greatest hits.

Pierre Douglas

A seasoned comedian hailing from Minneapolis, Pierre has been tickling funny bones since 2012. Notable for his distinctive style, he has shared the spotlight with acclaimed comedians such as Donnell Rawlings, Ali Siddiq, and Michael Blackson, among others. 

His comedic journey has also led him to the small screen (Tru TV's "Hot Ones”), and he was a co-owner of Baddies Comedy Club, which played host to Kevin Hart's Comedy Central show "Hart of The City." 

With an infectious sense of humor and a trail of laughter in his wake, “Cool P” continues to shine as a standout in the world of comedy!

Drew Schingen 

Drew’s accessible brand of comedy leaves people in a good mood everywhere he goes. He’s what you get if a golden retriever wished to be a real boy.

Born and raised in North Fond du Lac Wisconsin, Drew started comedy in 2019 at the young age of 37. In 2021, he won the House of Comedy’s “Funniest Person with a Day Job” contest. He has performed across the United States and Europe and has opened for names in the comedy world such as TJ Miller, Brent Pella and Sophie Bubble.

Drew hosts a monthly comedy showcase at American Legion 98 and you can see him on his “Drinks with Drew” segment on KSTP’s Twin Cities Live.

Ci Ci Cooper

Ci Ci has be wowing audiences throughout the Midwest for years with her comedic antics about love, hate and everything in between. One of the things she loves about comedy is seeing people laugh and have a good time and her ability to deliver that enjoyment won't disappoint!
