THIS WEEK’S HEADLINERS:
Ben Marcotte
Ben Marcotte is originally from rural Minnesota but moved to Minneapolis in 2015 to further pursue standup comedy. Since then he’s performed all across the Upper Midwest including at Goonie’s Comedy Club, Zanies, Comedy Plex, Boss' Comedy Club, House of Comedy and the Paramount Theater in Austin, MN.
Ben has performed in several comedy festivals including the Minneapolis Comedy Festival, Burbank Comedy Festival, the Badgerland Comedy Festival in Janesville, WI, the Rise Comedy Festival in Denver, Colorado, Middle Ground Comedy Festival in Indianapolis, IN, the Charm City Comedy Festival in Baltimore, MD and the Sioux Falls Sno Jam Comedy Festival in Sioux Falls, SD.
He also competed in the Funniest Comedian in the Heartland contest and was a semi-finalist in the Funniest Person with a Day Job contest at the House of Comedy in Mall of America.
Emma Dalenberg
A real heavy hitter, measuring up at 6 feet and one inch tall, Emma Dalenberg approaches her sets with good vibes and a genuine love to connect with audiences of all backgrounds..
Beginning her career at 19 years old in Minneapolis, she has since toured all over the United States and through 5 European countries, at venues ranging from packed theaters and clubs to small-town dive bars and bowling alleys. Emma is a paid regular at the nationally renowned Acme Comedy Club, was voted Racket Magazine’s ‘2022 Minnesota Comic to Watch’, is twice featured in the Minneapolis Star Tribune, has opened for Michael Che, Dave Attell, and Big Jay Oakerson, and most impressively…got deported from Germany in December of 2022.
Still in her twenties, Emma has a lot of growing to do, but at least emotional growth doesn’t hurt your knees. She's proud to have come up from her Midwestern trailer park beginnings and become a broke world traveler, with a good handful of subversive jokes, goofy stories, and intercultural observations to share.
Connor Hangsleben
Connor Hangsleben is a nationally-touring comedian currently based out of his home state of Minnesota. He tours the country with his insightful, small town kid act that has gotten featured on Jeff and Larry's Comedy Roundup on Sirius XM.
After starting comedy in MInnesota, Connor quickly made the jump to Los Angeles where he became a regular performer at the Hollywood Improv. In 2019 he won the UareFunny comedy competition judged by Gina Wendklos, writer of The Princess Diaries and Coyote Ugly. He has opened for some of the biggest names in comedy including Darrell Hammond (SNL), Chris Kattan (SNL), and Tim Dillon.
