Ira Ford
Ira Ford is originally from Philadelphia by way of Maryland where he was a professional lyricist. Having always been amazed at how a comedian could hold so many people's attention, he decided to follow his passion and pursue comedy.
Making Minneapolis his new comedic home, Ira competed in the "Funniest Person with a Day Job" contest at Rick Bronson's House of Comedy (Mall of America) & made it to the semifinals. He went on to produce his own wildly popular comedy showcase "Laughs & Legends" at Lakes & Legends Brewing in downtown Minneapolis, before eventually earning a paid spot as a regular comic at Minneapolis' premiere comedy club, Acme Comedy Club.
Ira recently headlined The Plus in Eau Claire, WI & is now producing his latest comedy brainchild “Light 'Em Up! The Bong Show” at Hook & Ladder.
Drew Hehir
Drew Hehir is a comedian, producer, father, & unlikely world traveler. It was on his 20th birthday, during an acid trip with friends, that he was inspired to try standup. The next day he went to House of Comedy in Mall of America & asked “How do I do this??”
Since then he’s gone from stoner guy to responsible stoner father, founding Under The Bridge Comedy & producing/booking/hosting the popular Comedy Under The Bridge show at 10,000 Drops Distillery in Fairbault.
Drew’s laid-back style keeps him prepared for all of life’s surprises & his candid but vulnerable vibe gives great scope when balancing life, work, and comedy. On the road of comedy, Drew has become a coy wordsmith who is strengthening his perspective through life lessons and jokes.
Dan Alten:
Dan Alten is an intelligent goofball from Kentucky who has headlined shows in 30 states playing everything from theaters to punk basements to art galleries to beloved comedy clubs. Doing over 200 shows a year bringing his tight night surreal nonsense to the people, like if the Ramones were one guy with a mustache and good jokes.
He has opened for Kyle Kinane, Bobcat, Rory Scovel, Sarah Sherman from SNL, Johnny Pemberton, Hari Kondabolu, rapper Open Mike Eagle, DJ Doug Pound & David Leibe Hart from Tim & Eric, various punk bands with silly names, and a guy at an open mic who tried to throw his father’s ashes into the crowd. He has recorded 2 albums, written a zine, and filmed a pilot for an Amazon Prime stand up show that was lost to history. He’s funny. You will enjoy him and if not you can spit on his car.
